I would like to address few issues here:1.  She mentioned promo code [redacted] which is INVALID promo code and was NEVER valid.  We had a similar promo code that was running back in January and expired on January 23rd, 2016.  She was trying to use expired promo code in March 2016, to which representative [redacted] had to get permission to extend.  [redacted] was ready to sign her up, but she started low balling asking for $295.00.  We don’t ever offer prices that low.  After [redacted] refused to give her that offer, she hung up and called back tried to ask other representative ([redacted]) for this price stating that [redacted] offered her this price.  On the phone she would use tone that is not appropriate, provide our representatives with a false information, and place excessive amount of calls.2. In the complaint, [redacted] (representing customer customer-to-be) mentioned that she spoke with 3 different representatives.  Why was there a need to speak with 3 different representatives to place an order?  If she had a valid promo code, she could have placed her order online.  This shows that she was simply harassing our representatives.  She placed many calls and would not accept “no to her deal” for an answer. 3.  As a business we have a right to refuse service to anyone as long as we are not discriminating.  In this case, we simply don’t want to deal with [redacted] based on her phone demeanor.  In the last response, [redacted] stated that we never charged her credit card, which means that she did not pay for any of our products or services.  She has no legal right to continue harassing our business and demand something that she did not pay for.  THIS WILL BE OUR LAST AND FINAL RESPONSE TO THIS COMPLAINT.

[redacted] placed an order with our company on August 5, 2014.  The package was shipped and delivered to the client on August 7, 2014.The student can cancel the order within 14 calendar days.  After 14 days we can ONLY guarantee that the student will pass the state exam.  On...

November 12th, 2014 (3 months after the package was delivered), Mr. [redacted] contacted us requesting a refund for the course.  According to our return policy, we cannot initiate a refund after 14 days.However, if Mr. [redacted] knows someone who is interested in getting contractors license, we can transfer the enrollment and waive the enrollment transfer fees.

I got my A License in January 2016 and then my B License in July 2016.

Fantastic experience from the beginning to the passing of my contractors exams. Excellent communication and professionalism to assure proper application process and information. Study materials and "on-line" practice testing were top notch. Attended a one day prep class and Instructor was terrific.

Review: According to a paper received by mail from Contractors Intelligence school "law or trade home study material is sold for $69". Before placing the order by phone it was confirmed that the study material are study manuals and the order was placed. The manuals received in the mail only included practice exams and several CDs and nothing close to a study manual. The paper never mentioned practice exams. I mentioned study material which would normally refer to study manual. The paper displays false advertising. The company should clearly state what the "Home Study Material" are. The Contractor Intelligence School was contacted for a return. The owner of the company rejected the request with a rude manner saying we do not accept returns. Before purchase the company never mentioned that it does not accept returns. Desired Settlement: Return full refund $161.69 of the should give the study manual book for law trade.

I would like to address Mr. [redacted]'s complaint. Mr. [redacted] has purchased our package that we normally sell law or trade course for $119 each. He got a discount and paid only $69.00 for each. This package comes with a Math Review DVD, Computer CDs, Practice Exams and Solutions Manual, Instructor's support, and Online Practice exams. Mr. [redacted] got a great deal of $69 for this items, because only our Online Practice Exam cost $49/month. This package that he purchased does not include anything else. Mr. [redacted] acknowledged in this complaint that he received all of those items. Mr. [redacted] mentions in this complaint, that we have false advertisement. Mr. [redacted] had a test date coming up and that is the reason why he received our advertisement. The advertisement he received was for a brush-up package that contains only materials to help the student brush-up their knowledge for the exam. We had many people purchase that package and they were happy with the package and never complained. Actually we had a good feedback for that package; it saves students some money, yet it prepares them for the exam. That advertisement did NOT mention anywhere that he will receive Law or Trade Study Manual, DVDs, or Audio CDs. This whole dispute is because Mr. [redacted] expecting to get the package that includes additional items, but he DOES NOT want to pay a penny extra. We would like to resolve this complaint with Mr. [redacted] and we would like to offer the additional material (Law & Trade Manuals and Law & Trade DVDs) he wants for only additional $100.00. To protect our copyright, we do not offer a refund once the package is opened, unless the package comes with a money-back guarantee.

Review: Service not provided after I had submitted Visa credit card info for my husband to attend classes to attain C-20 Contractors License (HVAC). Was given the run around by [redacted] and also another co-worker by the name of [redacted]. Waited a whole week to receive package of DVD's, as stated by [redacted], and other instructional material for my husband to attain his contractors license but it never came in the mail. It was supposed to have arrived within 2 days of payments which would have been March 3, 2016 but nothing arrived. After numerous calls and messages to [redacted] no call back. I complained when I did finally speak to [redacted] and he told me that "We are going to have to pass" which meant that he would not be sending out any DVD's and a list of other materials that he had emailed that we would be receiving. I then asked him why and then he proceeded to tell me that it's just not gonna work out and for me to search for another school. I then asked to speak to his Supervisor and he hung up on me. Within 15 minutes a man by the name of [redacted] which he told me was [redacted]'s Supervisor and that he understood that there was a problem. I then related to him all the information regarding my not receiving the package for my husband to attend the school and he proceeded to tell me that I was harrassing his employees and they have the right to refuse service. I told him at that time I did not understand what he was talking about because I was just following up on why our package had not been mailed. He then told me to do what we needed to do and that he has a legal team to handle problems after I had told him that I would be calling the Revdex.com to complain. Please help me figure this situation out. They have very poor customer service and they hold no standards to what their brochure states. I rate this organization a "F" lowest score for their unprofessionalism.Desired Settlement: I would like this organization or company to be rated "F" the lowest rate based upon their unprofessionalism. This needs to be noted.

I was very happy with Contractors Intelligence School. The customer service representative, [redacted] was exceptional. I called her many times to ask questions. She was always happy, positive and informative. I passed my test the first time. When I finished I called her and told her the good news and asked her the next step. She gave me the information and passed my information onto the appropriate people. [redacted] is an asset!!!
I am so happy I went with this company!

Anna and Andrew are the BEST.

Like there add says " were hear for you" Yes they are. Anna will give you all the info you need and Andrew with his Madd teaching skills. You can not go wrong. Haven't study like this in 30 years Passed both exams.

Contractors Intelligence School offers comprehensive study courses with dvd's and in class training. I just happened to have the training class the day prior to my exams, and the trainer Andrew really set the stage for the exams and made me feel confident I would pass. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone seeking their contractors license. Yes I did pass both exams and was done in 3 hours, they really prepare you well.

Thank you Contractors Intelligence School! I just passed both the Business Law and the General B tests yesterday.

Your booklets and practice tests were perfect for an applicant to learn the needed information to pass the exams.

A special thanks should go to Leo for his expertise and very thorough in class lessons. I also highly suggest an applicant to go over his video on MATH! He explains everything you need.

I also want to thank Anna as she was very helpful and always there to answer the multitude of questions I have had. She as great patience!

The package from the Contractors Intelligence was very useful for me to pass the C-10 examination. It did prepare me well, specialy the Law study guide

I would not have passed my test without going to the lectured class this Saturday before my test. Instructor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you guys for all your help!!!

I had a great experience with Contractors Intelligence School . They followed up with every question I had and kept in constant contact with me thru out the whole process. Contractors Intelligence school has so many different preparation options to get you prepared for the exam which would make much easier to use based on your situation (Job, school, traffic, ....)

The exam sample questions is one their best services ever, it has very updated and current questions, if you check other schools their sample questions are not as updated as contractor intelligence school.

Just sing up with this school and study and review the questions 5 times....you are good to go, you would pass the exam in the first shot.

My experience with the school was very positive. The material was relevant and easy to navigat. All questions were answered and assistance was always available from the beginning g to the end. Strongly recommend CiS - Grass Valley CA
