"The customer had called quite a few times, saying he made a mistake. He ordered fill and he got fill, as per invoiceHe called and said he made a mistake and needed topsoil and not fillHe said he needed a payloader to come and take it awayHe was told no, but someone will come look at the pileHe was told that what he got was what he ordered, the fillIt did have a shingle and a plastic pipe, brick and some glass. He was told to use the fill and fill in the old poolThen he would need a couple yards of topsoil to go over it and he would be good to go[redacted]) had advised him if he ordered Topsoil on the invoice and CMI brought him the wrong stuff, then at that point we would clean it upBut he did get what he ordered"
If you want a further explanation of the difference between Fill and Topsoil I will be happy to supply for you. The customers complain is bogus

We spoke with the customer [redacted] and explained to him that the wood he received should of been cleaned prior to be delivered to him.  We are offering him a new cord of wood at no cost.  He informed us that he would like to remove this complaint from the Revdex.com website. ...

Review: I ordered 5 yards clean fill for my garden and was shipped filled with bricks, shingles, glass, plastic paper, and a plastic pipe. Someone showed up to inspect it and told me a machine would show up Saturday. When I called Saturday to find out what time the machine would show up I was informed they weren't showing because that's what to expect in clean fill. I was anticipating rocks and dirt and some topsoil but not the above materials. I will be submitting a soil sample from this complaint.Desired Settlement: The original invoice was for $60.00

Review: On [redacted], near the Ronkonkoma Train Station there is this yard with fresh firewood and a sign with a phone #. I called the phone #, I explain to the person that answered the phone that I see the wood on [redacted]nue every day when I go to the train station and I would like a Cord. Asking price was $175 and I asked for COD to which they agreed. Delivery was scheduled for 8/**/14. During delivery and while he was dumping the wood on the driveway, the driver was asking me questions about my driveway lights which kept my focus in the opposite direction that the area where the wood was dumped. The truck was tall and I could not see the wood prior to unloading. The wood that was delivered was not the same as at the [redacted]. yard. This wood was mixed with significant quantity of soil, many years old, some of it in a decomposing stage, some pine which is not desirable for fireplaces, and split in large pieces that I will have to split in smaller sizes to be used in the fireplace. It appears that this wood was buried and excavated, loaded and delivered to my house. I called them immediately and the answer was that they "do not deliver from the [redacted]. yard". When I finish sorting through this wood, I had about 2-3 Cubic Yards of soil on my driveway. After many phone calls the day of the delivery (Saturday) and following Monday(8/**), they send on Tuesday, 8/**, a crew to pick up the soil and also delivered about equal quantity of wood of the same quality as before but without soil mixed with.

It should be noted that on Saturday 8/**/14 I informed the person answering the phone that I was going to file a complain with Revdex.com.

The complain is primarily for the quality and condition of wood that they delivered.Desired Settlement: Exchange of wood including loading of the old wood which is stacked now and a note of this complain in the Revdex.com records that other consumers can review before they do business with this company.
