I (Cory M*** Vice President) called Mr*** *** on two occasions 4-21-
Mr*** claim was we never treated his house and claiming mail fraudWe were contracted by *** ** *** to re-treat his house due to some warranty issue see attached work orderwe also filed a TARF
(termite action report form) with the Office of Pest management, which is where he should of also looked for the license #***We are not required to have an ROC licenseHowever we also have a ROC License which he would have to search our name.The complaint of receiving an invoice was a renewal notice for his termite treatment we performedIt clearly states renewal notice termite controlShould he not pay the renewal just means he has no termite warranty with usMr *** requested we have no further contact with him as I explained all this over the phone with him
