same. The President of Open Road Auto Group explained that we had the right to turn away their business due to the fact that an unethical practice was suggested on the customers partThe conversation was understood and resolved.Sincerely,*** ***

 Hello this doesn't mean your sales manager can curse at a client. Im no longer looking into purchasing any car from audi I already purchased a bmw in one day not a whole headache like audi of Manhattan was.
