I was living in an apartment in Knightdale, NC and relocated due to getting married Upon moving, I listed my temporary forwarding address and shortly afterwards I found another rental and signed a lease I never received the last bill from the apartment complex, then I checked my credit and there was a balance from the apartment complex The apartment stated they sent the last bill to the forwarding address but I never received the last bill The collection company (NCC Business) has this item on my credit report

This company has been calling me trying to collect a debt from a apartment complex where we cancelled an applicationI have spoken with the apartment complex, the company they use for collections which is *** ***, and neither one have any account for debtThis company harasses me daily and told me that they had multiple MAA companies when I actually spoke to MAA and they don't even use this company

I have called multiple time and have spoken with ***, *** and the head manager I apologize I dont remmber his name, and AmyEveryone I have spoken with is beyond disrespectful and unprofessionalWhen I had started dealing with this company back in October of 2017,*** had started off beeming my repWhen *** and I spoke the arrangment and agreement was that If I keep making my payments on time the the debt would not go onmy creditThe debt is appearing on my credit and I make payments every two weeksI was told the same statment with the head managerBut once I called to clarify the situation no one was able to help me nor give me my receipts that I have asked for of the payments I have made She is beyond rude and disrespectful she has told me on numerous occasions that I was getting on her nerves and far as she was concerned she didnt care what happened or how it happenedI have set up multiple payment arrangements and I was told that I never set up any payme

Awful customer service whoever this NCC company isI called 4/11/about an amount that showed up on my credit report from a year ago which was from my old rental company whom I had a great service relationship with and also had a forwarding address at move-outBut the girl who wrote it down and took my turn in keys no longer worked thereI received nothing by mail or phone call regarding accountBut of course the representative on the phone had my current address (very funny)I asked what the letters NCC stood for since it didn't sound like a legit company for me to be giving my payment information to and the rep said he didn't knowThen said he couldn't provide me with payment confirmation right awayTrying to move into another place and plan to buy a house so of course account has to be paidAfter contacting old rental company who sent bill to them they claimed they didn't know anything about this collection company and their corporate office sends any final bills to them when someone moves outI'm like whatever at this pointI asked the NCC representative for a mailing address to send money order because I WILL NOT give this rude company any payment information over the phone not knowing who they areAlso the new rental complex won't go forward with process until NCC gives me something in writing stating account is paid which will take weeks I'm sureMoral of this story is lesson learned, you can't win while renting any placeJumping through all these hoops you might as well get everything cleared of credit report and buy a house, even a cheap house at least it will be yoursApartments and renting is set up to always have you paying more out of pocket as if you Bought the place then your stuck dealing with the fine print of whatever they claim you owe

Received a call today from NCC about a $debt from on a hospital bill This debt was paid in 2012, years ago The person was rude and threatened to report this to the credit bureau to ruin my credit if I didn't pay He would not listen to anything I had to say Just insisted I pay him the $ If I owed this debt, why wait until years to contact me Could this be a fraudulent call or bad record keeping?

[redacted] states that we didn't try to help them, not true, we
offered to send a different technician at no charge to check further into the
AC issue and he refused stating he was hiring another company.  They paid $298 for our service and we feel we
performed the job they paid us for.

found AC and blower operating at that time.
7-29-16    Joe/Cindy
called and reported problem with AC

Air/Randy responded at NO CHARGE and found
                A-Coil
had froze up indicating air flow issue.

Air/Randy removed blower assembly  to
review
                secondary
coil for blockage and that was ok, which leaves a-coil to
                be
blocked with dirt causing low air flow and freeze up situation and that
requires          
                cleaning
or replacement, that is why a duct cleaning was recommended.

                work
related to the cooling issue and he said he was hiring someone else.
