Hi, We are so sorry for the problems! The holiday time can be true "chaos" for us, some things can slip through the cracksWe have no problem refunding you for the name on the controllerUnfortunately, when you order the splatter effect on your controller it is exactly as it sounds, we splatter paint over the controller which can sometimes land on any part of the controllerIt's hard to control exactly where the splattered paint landsIt also has a tendency to create a bubbled or textured feel to the controllerThis is the nature of the processWe would be happy to remake the controller without the spatter effect if this is something your son does not like the look and feel ofA customer service team member will reach out to you directly so we can come to a resolutionOur main goal is to make sure you happy with our products and service

Controller Chaos has responded to my complaint and in their own words, they state "We have no problem providing a refund for the products. A customer service agent will reach out to you today to get the process started. We are sincerely sorry for the inconveniences. We will do what ever it takes to make things right." and as long as they keep their word and I receive a full refund of both controllers then I am very happy to accept their response/ offer.

Hi ***, I'm very sorry to hear that your having issues with your controllerIts seems we are having a very hard time replicating the issue you are having with your controller in Destiny Our technicians spent very much time with this unit and are unable to see the same issue you
have beenWe've have replaced the whole controller to solve the issue but, your still having having the same problemsThere is many times when we take the XBOX controllers out of the box from Microsoft and they have slow turn problemsUnfortanally, this is an issue that Microsoft needs to fix with the products they offerThis is out of our control.We will have our customer service agent reach out to you today to work out a resolution with youThanks for your patience in this matter. It also has a tendency to create a bubbled or textured feel to the controller. This is the nature of the process. We would be happy to remake the controller without the spatter effect if this is something your son does not like the look and feel of. Thank you. A return label was issued and the item has been shipped back. While I do think there are quality assurance issues with this company they have agreed to the original agreement that allowed me to return the original controller. I consider the issue closed.
