Controlling Credit Consultants

Review: Our business, [redacted], Inc., turned over our delinquent accounts to [redacted]. I have spoken to [redacted] and also sent a letter requesting a copy of the (our) accounts that she has collected money from. One of my customers gave me a copy of their credit card statement proving that [redacted]'s company- Controlling Credit Consultants- was paid. None of that money was ever given to us. We would like to know how many of our other customers paid [redacted], that we were never given the money for. For the past 2 weeks, her voice mail box is full and I cannot leave a message.Desired Settlement: We would like a copy of our accounts that were collected for the past 3 years. Any money that was not paid to us, we would like paid for.
