Controlling Elements

Back in 2016, we contracted Anthony *** from Controlling the Elements to install a brand new HVAC system for two locations (The duct for the HVAC was in both our store, and the store next door - essentially we shared the HVAC unit)We paid our share of the deposit, and so did the owner of the business next doorFast forward to June - the HVAC work has yet to begin, but during this time we sold our company to another company by the name of Prime Communications - Prime, the owner next door and we paid the necessary payments totaling over $28,We all had contacted Anthony on several occasions to find out when the work on our HVAC would begin, but there was always a story as to why it hasn't startedThen in November - Anthony *** completely stopped answering any calls or emails from all three companiesHe disconnected his business line, his cell phone etcWe have no way of getting in contact with this person nor do we have the deposit money that was made
