Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
As I made the decision to ask this company for help on airline tickets for my families trip, I made it clear I had spoken to other travel agencies and also that I had already booked our Housing accommodations, and had specific dates in placeThe company was unable to book private houses and this is the reason I did not book hotels with themI was tired when I came into the office for assistance with airline flights because I have a baby at home for the past few months with multiple ear infections and fevers, up all night on top of working full timeInsinuating I was tired and wanted coffee was an uncalled for statement from the companyThe first words out of the ladies mouth were "GOOD LUCK THAT TRIP IS IMPOSSIBLE"
I then replied it they were unable to help me I would do the flight reservations myself.
After much rude comments and customer service the company charged both of our cards and would not fix the over charges That were not authorized We then contacted our banks and were forced to file a fraud claim
This company has been extremely rude and unhelpful ending up charging us more in airline tickets and headache on our travel
I am requesting a refund.Sincerely,*** ***
Mr [redacted] is exactly correct. I did make that promise and failed to deliver. I mailed him a refund check last week for $89 and we did in fact cut ties with the service technician we had sent to his home.
