Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The owner came to my place of resident Friday night 9/7/to get my vehicleWhen I did go to the car lot that following day, me and my male friend did not arrive telling him what he can and can not doOur question was “how can you come and get a car from being one month behind”? He said it’s in the contractWhen asked him whereHe wouldn’t show where it was I didn’t get a phone call saying “ [redacted] , we need to make arrangements on picking up the car” like a real legit business doFor example: [redacted] ! From my understating he told me he can pick up the car when he want tooWhat kind of business is that? That’s not right and that’s unprofessionalSo now I have to worry about paying my car note and he coming to get my car because “he can come and pick up the car when he want too”..The last time I called to the car lot to explain to whoever the female is to him, that I am going to be lateShe said I will have to pay a $late feeThat is ridiculousIt’s not like I am trying to take the car without payingThe owner know where I liveAll it took was a phone call“ [redacted] you know you’re behind on your car paymentDo you know when you’re going to make a payment” but noBut the female can call me and say I have toll billsWhich I know I doIn the result of him taking my carI don’t know how he thought I was going to get to work so I can continue to make paymentsAnd my question is how can my car be taking for $when he let people go owing him $4,000? He can’t punish every person he come in contact with because of what others have done to him and his companyAnd my male friend came back that same Saturday to give him $for the month I was behind on my car noteI was not trying to get my car back that dayI was just trying to give him $for the month of JulyAfter I pay my car offI will NEVER do business with him or recommend no one to EVER do business with this companyVery unprofessional Regards [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The owner came to my place of resident Friday night 9/7/2017 to get my vehicle. When I did go to the car lot that following day, me and my male friend did not arrive telling him what he can and can not do. Our question was “how can you come and get a car from being one month behind”? He said it’s in the contract. When asked him where. He wouldn’t show where it was.  I didn’t get a phone call saying “[redacted], we need to make arrangements on picking up the car” like a real legit business do. For example: [redacted]! From  my understating he told me he can pick up the car when he want too. What kind of business is that? That’s not right and that’s unprofessional. So now I have to worry about paying my car note and he coming to get my car because “he can come and pick up the car when he want too”..The last time I called to the car lot to explain to whoever the female is to him, that I am going to be late. She said I will have to pay a $300 late fee. That is ridiculous. It’s not like I am trying to take the car without paying. The owner know where I live. All it took was a phone call. “[redacted] you know you’re behind on your car payment. Do you know when you’re going to make a payment” but no. But the female can call me and say I have toll bills. Which I know I do. In the result of him taking my car. I don’t know how he thought I was going to get to work so I can continue to make payments. And my question is how can my car be taking for $250 when he let people go owing him $4,000? He can’t punish every person he come in contact with because of what others have done to him and his company. And my male friend came back that same Saturday to give him $250 for the month I was behind on my car note. I was not trying to get my car back that day. I was just trying to give him $250 for the month of July. After I pay my car off. I will NEVER do business with him or recommend no one to EVER do business with this company. Very unprofessional.
