Review: I have a 2004 Ford Mustang that abruptly started to have issues. I replaced the battery with a brand new one. I also replaced the alternator with a new one. If the car as not driven daily it would die within 3 days. Mr. [redacted] was recommended to me by a previous client of his. I read reviews online and was confident in his services. He came to check my car. He ran a diagnostic and said that the voltage was measuring weird and that it was off a bit. There was a drain but not enough to kill the car even in a months time. When he left he said over the car was fine and charged $88.50. I wanted to make sure my car was fine and did not drive my car for 3 days. By the 3rd day my car was dead. I contacted Mr. [redacted] and asked him to come see the car again. His request was for me to have the battery charged.I took the battery to Auto Zone, it was nonchargeable and under my warranty they had to replace the battery completely. The employees at Auto Zone recommended that I check the alternator. I took the alternator to O'Reillys Auto where I purchased the alternator. They checked it for free and instantly said it was a bad alternator. I asked Mr. [redacted] for a Partial refund since He charged me for a diagnostic that was not accurate. He came to check my car, said it had a minimal voltage issue and concluded that the car was fine. I had expressed to him my concerns about the car dying if not driven daily. He did not give a solid diagnostic and did not pin point the bad alternator. O'Reillys was able to do so for free within minutes. Mr. [redacted] and I had a text conversation, which is all saved on my phone. He accused my brother of being a liar and when I told him I was going to write a review on Yelp in regards to his poor service and lack of knowledge he responded "You don't know me Gypsy" " Your just trying to get a freebe"I hired Mr. [redacted] to tell me what was wrong with my car. He tested it and could not tell me if it was or was not a bad alternator or something else.

I am not asking for more or less. $88.50 is what I paid. I understand Mr. [redacted] has a business to run and I expected him to run it honestly, not verbally offending us by calling us liars and gypsy. When I spoke to him I was asking for a partial refund and he denied my request. I can show proof of receipts and the conversation I had with Mr. [redacted] and his unprofessional treatment and service.
