Convenient Food Mart‎

I put my clothing in 4 dryer with only ONE quarter in each (this is so I can check if the dryers are working properly). One dryer had stopped and when I opened it- my clothes smelt burnt and like some sort of oil or gas smell. My son then told me he could see smoke in the dryer at the very end that was still on so I quickly ran there and opened it up with the whole laundry mat being filled with smoke. I did not see any damages other than a few fleece pajamas and small blankets ruin so I just trashed them there and then took my clothes home to "air" out the smell. When I got home is when I noticed I had many burns on many of the clothing. I called the store who shares the same owner as the laundry mat and was rudely told, "I'm busy-call tomorrow" and hung up on. I was shocked and called back again and tried to explain what happened because this could be a problem for them...Again I was told to call in the morning and someone then can help me. I instead went there the next morning on 3/10/14 and the guy took down my name and number to pass it to the owner. I called yesterday 3/12/14 to check, and the guy said the owner was given the message but he has not yet attempted to contact me back.Product_Or_Service: Laundry MatDesired SettlementI would like ONLY these items replaced: My son:2 jean pants, underwear, pajama set, and a jogging suit. $70My spouse: Diabetic socks and undershirt $30King size sheet $20Total: $120I lost much more like towels, my clothing, my other son's clothing- all 4 loads are ruin from burn or smell because they all went in same folding basket.Also like to see smoke detectors ,carbon detectors, and heat temp shut off for dryers installed for everyone's protection(but that's just a suggestion).
