On one of the hottests afternoons in the valley, 115 degrees to be exact, my elderly mother called as her AC unit was now blowing hot air. They first told her someone could be out in the morning. My mother explained that she was an elderly women and asked if they could possibly make it that day. They said they would see what they could do. To my surprise a young man called about an hour later stating that he would be there between 6:30 and 7pm. At ten minutes to 7pm he called to say he would be there in about 20 minutes. This young man, Joel, arrived to the Chandler Heights residence and without skipping a beat repaired the ac unit. He was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing.
