Ms*** contracted to have movers and truck move her belongingsThe move for the first day took hours so she owed $she paid $by checkWe tried to cash the check the next day and her bank informed us that she had insufficient fundsMs *** stated that she gave the
movers $in cash(There is no evidence that she gave the driver $in cash) The movers informed us that she paid only $in cash on the first dayIn fact the driver has written a notarized statement that claiming that Ms *** only gave him $in cash.On the 2nd day, the movers arrived Ms. ***s house and met her son ( Ms *** was not present) When they started loading, the sheriff and landlord for the house came to do an eviction and lockout of the houseAs soon as the sheriff showed up, Ms ***s son drove away from the residence leaving the movers there alone with the sheriff and landlord.
