I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I am very upset with the response from this companyWhy would a person place wet furniture in a container? Why was there frozen water inside of the container? Why were boxes stuck to the floor that we couldn't removed and had to be left in the container? Why was ice frozen at the top of the inside of the containerI have photos to prove everythingI was in the military for years, traveled all over the world and never experienced a company such as this oneI would not waste my time writing a letter so I didn't have to pay dollarsI was just hoping they would be fair, acknowledge it was their fault, apologize, and atleast reimburse me for some of the loss, but instead I get the blame pointed at meHow Unprofessional. It was a sunny day when my son and I placed our furniture in the containerMy furniture went straight from the house to the container with trust. I tried contacting the company several times about this and was told I didn't get the insurance and there was nothing they could do about itI did have home insurance and upon speaking to *** *** I relayed the message to Cows of Watertown that *** *** doesn't cover mold unless there was a water leak, it was replaced and then mold occurredAgain, I am very upset with this company and how they have handled this situationI could not sleep at night knowing I ripped someone off and didn't care.

Prior to this letter, we have received no calls, emails, or mail from the Revdex.com aboutthis complaint. In the contractual agreement which was signed, the complaining customer, [redacted] and[redacted] denied our insurance coverage for any and all contents being stored' in the...

container. The[redacted]'s falsely claimed they had homeowners insurance for their contents in the event of a loss. Denialof our insurance cooverage puts the owner in responsibility should there be damage to thleir contents orthey contact their insurance agent and gain additional coverage for goods in the container, which theobviously did not do.We have never had an insurance' claim for any moldy or damaged items. He stated that his goods werefound moldy and that it was our company's fault and the container must have been lealky or faulty.However, after thoroughly examining the container, there were no leaks or any sort of damages found andwe have successfully used the specific container without issue for two additional clients. Mr. [redacted]clearly put wet items into the container and is asking us to bear the burden for his negligence.The [redacted]''s still owe money on this account for services we provided which he has yet to pay. Wealso believe Mr. [redacted] brought this claim to alleviate having to pay his bill. We will begin legal actionwithin 30 days of this letter seeking payment on the account as well as any and all legal fees as well asinterest on the account. After thoroughly reviewing the contact and paperwork which was signed, we do notbelieve we are at any responsibility to pay for any damaged goods of Mr. [redacted]'s.
