I did not realize that Ms. [redacted] had not contacted you to retract this complaint.  The above screen capture is the accepted screen for Ms. [redacted]’s tax return which ironically seems to be the same day that she filed a complaint with your agency so I’m not sure what was the situation or...

reason for that.  We did not even charge Ms. [redacted] for the preparation of her return.  The last contact we had with her prior to June 26, 2015, I thought I had been waiting for a response to a question, but apparently we didn’t need any further information.  I thought she had some additional education expenses, but again, apparently this was a misunderstanding and she did not.  As for the logo of the Revdex.com on our website, we were not aware that this was on our website as this was a contracted service and the template used apparently automatically placed this logo on the site.  It has been removed. Because it had all been resolved immediately we did not realize this was even an on-going complaint to be addressed. Thank you,

Review: This company states on their website that they are Revdex.com Accredidted. I went to check and this is not true. False advertisement. It has been over 2 months since I dropped off my taxes for them to complete. I have called numerous times and finally I did not get a call back I got an email on 5/13 that my taxes are being worked on. Then on 6/17 I emailed to see if they are done and still no one has responded to me. I have tried calling numerous times but no one will respond to any of my answers if my taxes are done or if I can come pay to pick them up. This is terrible service and how no one will return my calls.Desired Settlement: I just want someone to call me and tell me my taxes are ready to be picked up so I can get money back. I also want them to take off their online website that they are Revdex.com accredited because they are not. That is false advertisement.
