ConvenientMD

On 12/11/2019 I was shoveling my driveway and slipped and hit my forehead on my driveway pavement. My husband brought me to ConvenientMD. It was about 5:30PM. Immediately, the staff brought me to a room. The doctor there came in not long after. I told the doctor that I slipped in my driveway. I also told the doctor that I had a couple of beers because I know it is important for them to know that. The doctor told me that ConvenientMD cannot treat me because I had a couple of beers. The doctor told me to go to *** Emergency Room which I did and was treated and discharged with 10 stitches.

Now ConvenientMD has submitted a claim to my insurance company and to me for deductible for about $1,141.00. ConvenientMD - after I filed a verbal complaint to both *** and ConvenientMD for billing when there was no treatment - has issued the attached letter stating the services it provided on 12/11/2019. Not only are these details wrong (for example, when my head injury occurred - they say when I was Christmas shopping when in reality it was when I was shoveling my driveway), the details are manufactured. I was not asked ANY question while on the examination table for approximately 3 minutes, let alone the did they do the "EXAM" the report states.
