Conventional Concrete Systems

Review: I asked that they call me before performing the concrete work as it had been awhile since the job was quoted. He called after they were finished with the work. [redacted] replaced the concrete in a larger area then was need, and commented, "that must be why we were low on concrete". In addition they failed to place the concrete at the proper height and did not replace two steps as originally agreed. The concrete has failed and is spalling. I called and he told me he would do the steps in the spring of 2014. I called in the Spring to remind him and ask that he look at the concrete. He has failed to respond and has not returned my calls. I was specific about the gravel base I wanted them to use as I had drainage issues. He agreed to use them and agreed to call me before they started working. They did not and I have no idea if the base is correct.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
