Good morning,
I would like to reject the response from Conventions & More for a couple of reasonsAs I stated in my initial complaint, and what I tried to express
to Mrs*** *** is that I did try calling with a team member of the An Affair of the Heart and we received no responseShe called to explain the situation not only with myself, but twice before I showed up to set my booth up because apparently there were other issues in other booths regarding the set ups from Conventions & MoreI am completely understanding to the fact that accidents occur and was gladly willing to Conventions & More the opportunity to stop by a reset the backdrops, however after not receiving an answer when calling with an AOTH employee I knew I had to set up my booth regardless as we are allotted a short amount of time to set up our booths and merchandise for the next day's craft showThe bigger issue at hand is that this was not a one time occurrenceThe backdrop set up continued to fall through out the event (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)I feel that it is unreasonable for Conventions & More to feel entitled to have an opportunity to come replace the set up throughout a 3-day event when that time takes from being able to sell my product as a business and could cause harm to all those in attendanceThe final day of the craft show I had to pack up my booth and leave the show because once again the backdrop set up fell this time damaging my productsI had to make the decision that it was too dangerous and too much of a risk of the frame falling on my wife or a customerI would have had to call out Conventions & More several times throughout the event and feel that it is unfair to place blame upon a customer when the customer paid for a set up of backdrops to be set up correctly the first timeThe backdrops were not subjected to any winds at the time of several of the falls because the tent was enclosed at the time of setup and no wind was coming throughThe frame was very poorly structured and that is the reason it continued to fallI think it is highly unfair for *** *** to suggest we "agree to disagree" when I paid over $for a backdrop set up for a day craft show event that was not only stained, but poorly placed together and continued to be an issue the entire eventI don't feel that it is ethical to place blame on a customer for an issue with the business and feel as a respectable business, Conventions & More should have contacted and stopped by to ensure all of their customers set ups were properly set up when they were called back to the fair grounds when many others were experiencing issuesLastly, I would like to note that I did not "slander their business of Facebook and Google"I wrote a respectful, honest review of my experience with the businessI also would like to note that I did not have a bad experience with the show itself, my bad experience lies solely with Conventions & More and the issues with the service/rental I paid for
