My name is [redacted] and I am the property manager of Coventry Square. I am writing in response to the complaint that was su*mitted *y [redacted] on 07.31.2014.

Ms. [redacted] filled out an application on 07.26.14 and did not indicate ver*ally, nor &n*sp;in writing that she is responsi*le for any property de*t. However, when her credit was processed, three landlord de*ts were present. The first was reported in 2008 and the second was reported in 2012. Then, the rental verification from The Crossings at Sedona Square stated she has a &n*sp;$864.25 *alance from June 2014. *y not disclosing any of these de*ts, Ms. [redacted] falsified her application, which caused the security deposit of $200 to *e forfeited.

If Ms. [redacted] can provide Coventry Square proof within 10 days that the de*t with The Crossings at Sedona Square has *een paid, she will *e eligi*le to receive a refund for the security deposit of $200.00.
