By far the friendliest most helpful and professional staff, with best select cut meats in a 100-mile radius. I will be doing business here from now on.
On January 1, 2020, I took 5 lbs. hamburger, 4 lbs. pork sausage and about 4 1/2 lbs. cubed deer meat to this business to have pan sausage made. The young lady that waited on me said that the regular posted price of $1.60 per lb. would be less than this price because I brought all of my own meat. I filled out the top part of the order form and she filled out the rest of the form. She said that it would be two days at the most when in fact, it took six days before they called to have it picked up. When I picked it up, I was told the amount would be $33.62 for 13.62 lbs. of pan sausage. I asked why such a large amount and she stated that they charged me $1.00 a lb. to make the sausage since I supplied all my own meat and there was a $20.00 minimum charge. I did not notice on the order form the box that says $20.00 minimum as the lady filled out the lower part of the order form.
I can possibly see the $20.00 minimum, but to then add the $13.62 to the $20.00 seems to be quite a rip-off to me.

Desired Settlement ID: Billing Adjustment I feel that the $13.62 should be refunded to me and only be charged the $20.00 minimum charge since the total finished weight was only 13.62 lbs. This equals out to $2.48 a lb. Pretty expensive sausage, I think especially since I furnished all the product.

A little hard to understand the scribbling of the response, but it all still boils down to the fact that they charged me a $20.00 minimum, which I feel should have covered the cost since it was only 13.62 lbs., plus the $1.00 a lb. for the sausage with me furnishing all the product. I note that they stated that they tried calling on the 4th., 5th. and 6th. There were no missed calls nor messages on my phone for those dates. I called them about the 7th. and was told that I could pick up my order that day, which I did. It was either pay their exhorbitant charge or lose my meat.
