Tenant was informed by management to return refund check, so we can issue new check*** *** *** never returned check, instead he claimed he destroyed it Management did stop payment on 1st refund check issued and we were able to re-issue checkUnfortunately, because of the time period
management waited for the return of the initial check and disputes among roommates, *** *** *** and *** *** ***, the tenant was not able to received his refund as quickly as we would have likedAs of 04/25/*** *** has been refunded
