Upon further review of the situation, it appears the refund was rejected by [redacted] We made contact with Mr [redacted] today, January 28th 2016, to obtain credit card details to process the refundWe will monitor the refund and contact Mr [redacted] should there be any more issuesWhen we process refunds, the statement used is a generalized statementSome financial institutions can take up to days to post a credit to an account however most take an average of 7-business days

In effort to resolve the lost package claim we have reached out to Ms [redacted] however we were unsuccessfulThe original lost package tracer was declined by [redacted] due to the carrier not being able to reach Ms [redacted] We will gladly replace the item that was ordered or provide a refund [redacted] does require a signature on the lost package claim paperwork to process the claimIf we are not able to reach Ms [redacted] today, 5/17/16, we will process a refund for the lost item
