The consumer placed a custom order and then cancelled the order after a number of weeks.? The business had purchased steel on behalf of the consumer to make the order.? While the business will not provide a refund, the business is willing to ship the steel to the consumer
I am rejecting this response because: I did not say want to cancel the order.They delay my order and said want to cancel my order !!!I request my full payment back

Vender finally did ship piece of equipment over 6 week late and only because I filed complaints with the Revdex.com, the Ohio State Attorney General office and the State banking Commission. Vender Stated in a Text message (Attached) 3 weeks prior that they would refund the $335.00 shipping costs due to the delay but never did to this date. I'm still requesting that this refund be provided to me, as that's what the vender stated. Please continue to follow through with requesting a refund for the shipping costs that I paid and have not received from the vender.
