I would highly recommend this company. They have surpassed every expectation I have ever had regarding customer service. From the first time one calls the office and has the good fortune to speak with [redacted] to the service provided once they have 'converted' a bath. [redacted] is without a doubt a 'follow-thru' and follow-up gentleman, and I consider myself fortunate that I chose to do business with this quality company.

Replaced our old tub and shower 18 months ago and put in a walk in shower. The work was professional, courteous, and well done. The shower came out just beautiful. We were very happy with the work done. Last month we discovered a small leak appearing in our master closet, which is directly behind our shower. We were out of warranty for a leak in our shower, but Rod came out to take a look. He scheduled a plumber to come out and fix it. Repair made with no charge to us. We really appreciate them doing this for us. Great company, I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you!!

I recently remolded my bathroom completely. When it came time to redo the shower glass. ICalled Convertabath. They walked me through the process and answered all my question. I had a very specific look I was going for to achieve keep with the time period of my home and Convertabath was able to handle the task at hand. They were courteous and timely, and willing take extra time to make sure the job was done correctly. Rod is very knowledgeable about the products they use.
