Convey Photography

Review: My wife and I were married on July 20 and hired Convey Photography as our photographer. We liked her, we liked her photographs, we just would like to receive the photographs!!! We were promised a disk of high resolution images. It is now Dec 15 and we STILL have not received a disk. Throughout this process, we have repeatedly made efforts to contact Convey Photography. She responds to us after a couple of months have passed since our first efforts. Around the end of September, she made small resolution photographs available to us online. On Dec 2, she apologized and promised to send the disk out. I have offered to drive to her to save her the trouble of going to the post office. I consider myself a patient man, but I am at the end of my rope.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a disk of the high resolution images.

Review: I entered into a contract with [redacted], owner of Convey Photography on Feb. 4, 2013, for you to provide photography services for my daughter's wedding. All payments were made prior to the event date as required by contract, in good faith that you would fulfill your contract obligations outlined on your hardcopy advertising and your website, conveysd.com. The following services were not provided:Full Online Previewing for 3 months.Fully Edited images on CD with rights released.With 24 plus phone calls/texts requesting to see my pictures you finally mailed me our CD. Images were not edited, most pictures were over exposed with poor color quality. [redacted], you have not fulfilled your contract obligations.Desired Settlement: 50% of package costing $995
