Conway comfort is a great company. Anthony Picket is their rep that I have had the pleasure of dealing with for my friend Alice, in Hamilton, NJ. He is kind, knowledgeable, courteous, on time, and always professional. Conway is lucky to have him in their employ. He worked with us to replace our old furnace, thermostat and clean house vents. He even returned to assist when the thermostat was somehow placed on a schedule that wasn't working for us. He is the best.

Anthony R. arrived on time to do a service check on my furnace. He cleaned and checked that everything was running as it’s suppose to. I’m happy with the service Anthony provided, he was very professional when explaining what he had done. I would recommend Anthony R and Conway Comfort for any HVAC needs.

Today we had our ac and the coil installed.dean arrived on time and very courteous both him and Caesar did a very good job of installation.

The house is cooling very nicely and it brings down the curtains on the last two Weeks of intolerable heat and also the loss of power

I called Conway on Monday evening and the tech was out at 11 am the following morning (as soon as it stopped raining) to diagnose problem with our AC. Unfortunately our 22 year old unit has "bitten the dust" and we need a new one. Made arrangements to discuss options with a rep tomorrow afternoon at 3 pm...and they said installation will only take 1 day. Since we are allergy sufferers, having working AC is a must for us, and Conway has proven to be completely reliable and fair in their pricing over the past 5 years that we have used them. Highly recommend!

proceeded to clean dryer vent let me know that the flexible duct work had come loose from the
duct above
re secured it with a better grade of duct tape to finish the job
assured me that the duct was clean all the way to the outside
by putting his hand in to in to remove any more debris
