Complaint[redacted]is an agent at this business. She was so very hateful and rude when I called her with a concern about one of her property rentals. I'm [redacted],[redacted],[redacted]. The home we currently own was purchased from [redacted],[redacted] and [redacted] in Kinston, NC. [redacted] is an agent and [redacted] is the owner. Mrs.[redacted] has a rental property with tenants next door to us. I have had to contact her several times over the behavior of these tenants. They are loud and very hard to live beside of. They shoot guns for hours at a time, you can not rest or even have company over for fear that a bullet will ricochet and hit you. I have contacted the local sheriff a few times over loud parties. In August 2014 the local sheriff's department came to this property over a report of drugs. 12-1-14 my mother [redacted] contacted Mrs.[redacted] to ask her if she would talk to the tenants about possibly shorting the time they shoot because it is so loud and disturbing. Mrs.[redacted] was so very rude and short. The call ended in Mrs.[redacted] hanging up on us. She said she was not going to speak to them and we needed to shut up!This woman is so unprofessional. She was when we purchased our home. She may not can make them stop what they are doing, but she could at least speak with them and she could have treated us with just a little respect.My wish is that someone will speak to this agent and educate her on customer service. I could not even rest that day out of being so disturbed over the way she treated us.Desired SettlementI just want a decent talking agent from this company to speak with me via telephone and address my concerns. There has been problems with this individual with both tenants but mostly the one on her left. She has called the Sheriff office several times and have had the swat team there once and the home was searched on accusations that were made by the individual. We were told by the tenant that her husband has been over and apologized a couple times for her behavior. If there were anything done illegally by the tenant we would take any necessary action as a property manager to combat this situation but to this point there has been none. As far as discussing any concern with anyone, we are more than eager to help , but will not tolerate hollering and absurd behavior by anyone and whether its a agent in my office or myself, I would do the same and hang up on any individual that acts in that manner. The sheriff department reported no illegal activity so the tenants of the property have the same rights as a homeowner until I have a reason to do anything we are unable to . What I do not appreciate is the fact that he said accusations were made by us to the "swat team". If we thought there was drug activity going on we would have plain out went to the reality company and told them. I do not appreciate Mr. [redacted] making the statement that there have been problems with the tenants on the other side of our home. As far as we are aware there is no truth to that. Or perhaps Mr. [redacted] has been misinformed. We have never had a problem with those tenants. They are some of the few decent people the company has allowed to rent their property. I understand the company wants to earn a dollar, but they should at least make their renters be respectful. The tenants next door do have the same rights as we do, but they should show a little respect and keep things quite while renting the property. I will continue to call the sheriff and report them to the company if they get out of hand. As for your agent Ms. [redacted], she needs to be re-educated in customer service and how to talk to people. But I do thank Mr. [redacted] for his response and the reality company has put a stop to a few things concerning these tenants and I do appreciate that.
