On 9/24/2016 [redacted] came to Conway Heaton Inc. in search of a vehicle to purchase. During his visit here at the dealership Mr. [redacted] and Conway Heaton Inc. successfully negotiated a purchase for 2010 Dodge Charger. Mr. [redacted] before he would complete the transaction requested a...
copy of the auto history report, so upon his request we pulled the AutoCheck report and it clearly showed 2 owners and no accidents along with a clean history report on the title. Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with the information we provided so he purchased the car. Mr. [redacted] a few weeks later actually made contact with the previous owner and after seeing pictures of the Charger, he noticed there were some differences. Mr. [redacted] than questioned the previous owner and asked him why the grill, R/T symbol were different along with the fact that the front end of the car had no splitter anymore. Mr. [redacted] told Mr. [redacted] that he had been in an accident under his ownership and had it fixed prior to trading it in. After the body shop repaired the car it was slightly different from the factory parts but it was ok with him. Mr. [redacted] questioned him on who fixed the vehicle and he stated that it was Conway Heaton’s body shop. Mr. [redacted] then questioned the sales person on why the dealership withheld this information from him about the wreck and the repairs completed by Conway Heaton’s body shop. I informed Mr. [redacted] that the sales department was unaware of the fact that the Charger he purchased was actually in and had been repaired by our body shop, as we are two different departments working under two different buildings. I explained to Mr. [redacted] that it was not our intent to deceive and based on the AutoCheck we believed that the car was incident free.[redacted]Sales Manager Conway Heaton.

[redacted]...First off that's a damp shame they have to make up a big old story that was never brought to me at all they told me flat out I was not getting my money back 1 took it to Georgia I call 4 different car lots and they said it does not matter were I take it they still can not keep my money 2 the miles on the car 3 they treat it as a rental straight up what they told me and I wasn't get no refund and also told me to get a job and I can keep the same car I said no DUE YOU THINK I'M GOING TO WASTE MY TIME GOING THREW THIS IF THEY TOLD ME THAT NO I'M GOING TO TAKE THE OFFER they didn't give me no offer but I wasn't getting my money back and they keep my money toward that car they can't make me take something I don't won't I also contact Becky twice she said she never got no paper work on me also I return that car Tuesday night after closing they got an camera right there look at they see me and the date I brought it back they trying to come up with all the reason and excuses they no there wrong because I'm a girl and they new what they was doing I'm not but to keep going back and fourth they need to be put on the Revdex.com IT DO NOT MATTER I'M FILING THEM IN COURT IT'S GOING TO BE UP TO THE JUDGE IF CONWAY HEATON CAN KEEP MY MONEY OR NOT IF THEY TELL ME THE 3 REASON THEY TOLD ME I LET IT GO BUT CONWAY HEATON WILL NOT HAVE THE LAST SAY SO ON THIS THEY AN IT GOING TO DUE NOTHING BUT KEEP COMING UP WITH BS I HAD TO PEOPLE CALL JOHN AND HE FLAT TOLD THEM I WASN'T GETTING MY MONEY BACK WITH HIS NASTY ATTUIDUE HE HAD VERY RUDE HE WAS SO I REALLY DON'T CARE IF THEY REPLY BACK I SEE THEM IN COURT I'M GOING TO TAKE IT ALL THE WAY BY THE WAY I GOT ALL TEXTS AND TEXTS I SENT HIM AND CALLS THAT WAS MADE FROM HIM TO MY PHONE THAT HE SENT ME BUT REPORTING THE CAR STOLEN WHICH I DIDN'T STEAL IT AT ALL THAT A LIE HE SAID DON'T MAKE IT HAVE TO COME TO THAT I DIDN'T GET THE CAR BACK TO HIM QUICK ENOUGH......I SEE THEM IN COURT SO THE JUDGE CAN TELL ME IF THEY CAN KEEP MY MONEY
