Review: Took my Briggs & stratton 8000watt generator to them because it didn't work, they told me skater was bad..$1050.00 to fix it. I picked it up and they charged me $25.00 +tax for them to look at it. I went and bought a new generator to replace the "broken one" for $1299.00 Three years later I took the broken generator to another place and he looked at it replaced a $15.00 part, charged me $50.00 labor, Now it works fine. I had to spend $1299 +tax because Conways did not know (or tried to charge me for repairs not needed)Desired Settlement: $25 refund and new battery because it set around for three years not being used.
