Review: After spending a large amount during Christmas, I received a coupon good for 20% of next purchase. However; when I went back to the store to shop and after wasting alot of time, searching for certain products, certain sizes etc. The store refused to accept the 20% coupon AND the rewards card. That was February *, coupon expires February [redacted].The [redacted] and employee claimed that they could not accept it since they were having a supposedly 'ALL store SALE' advertising on the front of store with a huge banner that stated EVERYTHING ON SALE'. Yet, the sale was a mere 10% OFF!The [redacted] gave me the number of the corporate office, and I left a total of three messages over a 10 day period. NO ONE returned my call. On Feb. * there were ONLY two other shoppers in the whole store, apparently most people already realized of this so called sale tactic. They also claimed at the store that the ordinary sales practices, i.e. coupon and rewards card cannot be used UNTIL EVERY ITEM IN THE STORE IS SOLD!I also warned the corporate office number that IF they did not resolve this to honor the coupon that I will contact the Revdex.comDesired Settlement: To change the date of the 20% coupon to be extended for AFTER this so called sale.

Review: They do not post their return policy regarding final sale. Before I purchased an item, I went up to the cash wrap to read the sign and it said it offered refunds within 5 days. I never thought I would be stuck with merchandise. I went the next day to return 2 items that did not fit and they refused, stating they had pink tags and the return policy is no refund or exchange on final sale. I stated that how was the consumer supposed to know this? I told them I shop in Conway maybe once a year and had no idea of their policy, and that anytime there is a final sale, it must be posted in a sign somewhere. I asked for a [redacted]. [redacted], came to see what the issue was. He was very rude and unprofessional, he did not apologize for not having a sign up. I asked if I could not get a refund, I would settle for an exchange. He still refused. Upon closer inspection, I see the skirt I purchased is a missing a belt, and the dress is soiled. What kind of business sells damaged/dirty goods and then does not stand by their product and alow an exchange? Their policy is unfair (for not stating that a pink tag means final sale, and for not informing the cashiers to tell us) and it is also dishonest. They are cheating the consumer by not stating their policy.Desired Settlement: A refund for the skirt $9 and a soiled dress $9

I am not surprised and after reviewin the online reviews, this type of scamming is commonplace at Conway stores. It is unfortunate I am now out of money due to them not posting their return policy, or being an honest and reputable business.

Review: Upon making a purchase of 2 items of clothing from this store which were on a rack with a price sign above the rack indicating the price was $7.99 per item I was charged $9.99 per item. I inquired why the additional charge and the manage turned the sign around to show $9.99. Each item in the store has a revolving price sign and they display whichever they choose to charge more and I was told that it is store policy to do so.Desired Settlement: I would like my $4 refunded

Review: Conway has a advertisement flyer dated October [redacted] thru November *.I have been going to Conway everyday since October [redacted]. in the flyer they advertise Dove Body Wash 16 ounces(500ml) for $2.99, style may vary by store; however today is October [redacted] and all the (500ml) Dove Body Wash they have in their store they are charging $3.99, not the $2.99Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to buy the item advertised in the flyer during the advertised sale dates for the advertised sale prices. If this store refuses to do so than they should be reprimanded for false advertisements because I've personally went to that store since the beginning of the sale.

Review: went to this store on their grand opening April [redacted] 2014 . attempted to purchase 3 items that to $10.97 the cashier swiped my debit card a receipt did not print out but funds was automatically pending from chase, I was notified via text from chase mobile. the [redacted] instructed the cashier to re swipe my card same thing happened again. I've been charged a total of $21.94. I told the [redacted] that they charged me twice she insured me that the transaction did not go through and I never received the merchandise. sure enough both double charges were charged to my card. I cam to this store over 10 times and spoke to both [redacted] and [redacted], they both gave me run a rounds and nothing has been resolved as of now 2 months later. very disgusted with the lack of respect and customer service of all employees of this location. I brought in my statement they said they would take care of it never did. they wrote down my debit card numbers never was I refunded a dime. I've been given bogus corporate numbers to complain and retrieve my funds.Desired Settlement: I would like my $21.94 refunded back to my card asap. and some type of discount for the future if I choose to do business with this establishment again, at least a different location.

Review: I went to Conway's and bought several dress shirts. The store does not allow you to try anything on before purchase. I selected a couple of shirts marked "Small" but was unable to verify that in the store. I got home and the shirt tag and box said small but the shirt itself was an XXXL. I took it back to the store and they refused to refund my money because I had open the package. They sold me faulty and mislabeled merchandise and refused to take it back even though their markings were wrong. I was told to leave the store and was accused of throwing the shirt at the clerk which is something I did not do. I will never shop at this store again because it is a trap to buy faulty clothing without the ability to check it out before purchasing and then they refuse to give you your money back in spite of the fact that it was their error! I believe this store to be scamming people out of their money by selling them faulty clothing and then refusing to take it back because the package was opened and that is the only way that you can know if it is right or not! Thanks. All I want is to have my money back for the shirt. Worst part is they wanted it back in the box and folded so that they can resell it to someone else inspite of the fact that it is clearly marked wrong.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back since the box and the shirt clearly says it is a size small and yet the shirt is an XXXXL. It is obviously a really big shirt!! The shirt was only $7.99 but it is the principle of the thing.
