I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I was told by the owner that he knew that the cabinet I recieved was not working and should have been soldThe manager did give me off delivery because she charge me for delivery which should have been free, I live 3-minute away from the store location I did not pay for a floor sample or was told I was getting one by the manger In order for this issue to b resolved I need a brand new cabinet and two chairs that are not scratch up I spoke with the business owner today and he stated that he order the cabinet and it will arrived in two more week This is an additional two week from the date that I originally spoke with him I asked him about the complaint response and he denies knowing anything about itAccording to him, I should call back and speak with Miriam who is currently on vacationThe store is ridiculous and they lie like the rugs they sellIt a shame that they are allowed to take advantage of the very customers that keep their door openPlease assist me in getting what I thought I was paying for, thank you.

*** *** bought a china Buffet cabinet and chairs and a wall mirror.she paid for this merchandise $2041.we did a price match from ***, the original price for this merchandise was $2878.00, we did a great discount for the customer to keep her as a clientwe delivered the merchandise on
July * and the only issue was the light bulbs that were not working so we ordered them and we will be ready to delivery to the customer next weeksince the customer was complaining about the china cabinet light bulbs we issued a refund of $on receipt #*** on July * , and gave her a gift of glass cup. we Settled with her that day, everything was supposed to be ok with her, we did everything to satisfy the customerThe only thing pending is the light bulb which we will delivery next week*** *** agreed with us to refund her $and give her the light bulbs and everything was ok with her. I hope this issued is resolved in a fear way and customer is satisfy after we delivery the light bulbs.If you have any questions please contact us at the above numbers
