For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.While I appreciate someone saying they are going to review my account, I have unfortunately heard this three times in the past where I spent a great length of time on the phone and the person assured me they had my kids accounts corrected only to later have multiple billing errors occurJust today I called again to try and resolve insurance billing problems on two of my kids accounts for February. I have previously provided the local office and national office (via fax) a written breakdown of my insurance plans and the dates they are in effect. My wife and I are so tired of the constant billing errors that today we canceled all future occupational therapy appointments with West ValleyTo resolve this complaint I would like a month by month spreadsheet per child showing the insurance policy (primary & secondary) billed and the amounts paid for the period January to presentRegards,*** ***
