To Whom it May Concern:This is Observer Publishing Company’s response to concern # [redacted] :During the dates of 10/20-10/we experienced delivery challenges with the independent contractor on [redacted] due to production delaysThe independent contractor had been on that route since May When we received the complaint on 10/in our customer service department, it was escalated to our Circulation Director, and the account was credited for the missed delivery daysThere were no additional complaints logged in the customer’s account until a call was received on 11/to stop deliveryAlthough we made every attempt to satisfy the customer and correct the delivery issues moving forward, the subscription was permanently stopped on 11/8/A full refund of the remaining subscription balance on the account was then processed and mailed on 12/6/16, addressed to the account holderWe take our customer complaints seriously, and have worked to improve delivery on this route, as well as all routes where complaints are logged.Sincerely,Rob A***Director of Sales & Marketing
