I am terribly sorry for the delay in getting back to you we have been out of town for quite some time on a jobThis is in regards to complaint ***I will answer the remarks as best I canIn fact I did fill the cracks needed and in fact did some of them in the front of the house the year
before when looking at the jobI don't call weeks a hurry and it even took longer due to the weather which was explained to her and is explained in the papers providedShe was explained the whole process to do it right and in fact told me the last guy never did all the things you are doingI have never taken advantage of anyone and maybe in fact it is her age that is clouding her memory as she writes as she did nothing but say what a great job and how all the neighbors loved it until now I also put a coat of paint on her garage doors to make the house look better at no cost to her and she wants more for nothingThere is about to hours of work I wanted to do as explained on attached sheet and that all I will do at this pointI have a great reputation and have had for yearsI have attached some of those references and can produce many many more if neededAlso attached are a few photos of the job at her homePlease feel free to call if you have any questionsI do expect this to be resolved quickly as I will not have years of reputation blemished by one !!!Thank you,John ***JMK Enterprises

This complaint has turned into a he said, she said. Mr [redacted] said he would start on my log house the end of April, never showed until mid- June. Several times he said he was getting old, like the job was too much for him. Friends and family admire the job Justin (his son) did all the spindles on the deck and porches. Justin came back after labor day to re-coat some of the work [redacted] had done on the porches. [redacted] bought paint for the garage door and trim, I didn't ask him to. I assumed it was part of the job. [redacted] said he could paint my lawn bench and my mailbox. I didn't ask him to (I did it! ) He offered to change the halogen light on my deck. I didn't ask him to. ( My grandson changed the two halogen lights).  A reputable businessman would not ask for payment until the job was finished. My "old age" made me naive and trusting ! Nothing has been resolved ! I don't want to see [redacted] again ! He can keep my money !  [redacted]
