7/20/Delivery drivers did try to deliver merchandise but it wouldn't fit through the door, even after taking off the hinges

I'm glad they have finally agreed to give me a full refund, how ever I do not like how they handled my problem over allThey lied about the events that took placeI am a stand up person and if everything was handled properly, I would have my furniture and we wouldn't be going through thisI want to thank them for my refund cause I really do love that storeBut right is right and wrong is wrong

This is a very unfortunate situation and I sincerely feel bad. However he was a patient of my medical doctor, Dr***. Obviously though the md is my employee so I am assuming responsibility. The bottom line here is very simple, it is not a case of patient care or fees or quality
It is records. There are only two things or events that have occurredOne Mr*** did not give us all of the records he has implied or we lost some of them. We returned to him what we found, asked Dr, *** directly if he had them, and searched the office high and low for them; not to be foundWe returned a 55$ payment for a visit he said was confusing in some way, so I tried to remedy thatIf we have truly lost some of the records I am deeply sorry and understand the situation this puts him in. I wish he only gave us copies, not originalsAt this point I have spoken to him a couple of times and tried my best to help. I am sorry for the result but I can not make records appear out of thin air

I purchased the television last year, so it would be impossible for me to locate the original box I received it in. I still have the warranty papers to the television but I did not know the box was important to keep, seeing that the serial number and model number is all on the television. If possible would I be able to bring the television back without the box, but with warranty and remote control, receiving the same offer?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Mr. [redacted] is responsible for my records and he admits that he is. He convieniently does not mention that he gave me the runaround for months on the $55 I paid for prescription refills that I never received.  Also a mystery continues as to why  his employee [redacted] never called me about where she stored the records, and, he has yet to go to his storage area and look for them or he would have said so. It is unlawful to sell these records to Equifax, Choicepoint, and others who advertise that they pay money for them on their websites, but no returned call from [redacted] who [redacted] said had the records is very suspicious. If Mr. [redacted] will not go to his storage facility or spend the time necessary to find my records I will have to pursue this matter with the authorities. I appreciate the Revdex.com's efforts and would ask that their reports on Mr. [redacted] to the general public make patients aware of the reckless disregard for confidential medical records. Unless Mr. [redacted] produces my records and the Revdex.com reopens the file, I expect the Revdex.com should declare the case closed.  I consider it unresolved for the reasons given.  Thanks, [redacted]
