I am writing in response to the complaint submitted by [redacted] againstCCHHWe have been working directly with Ms [redacted] on this matter, and believe ithas been resolved to her satisfaction at this timeSpecifically, on June 28, 2016, weadvised Ms [redacted] that her account has been adjusted to reflect that all rental chargesfor the pump and stand were reversed from January forward, there is no balancedue for the pump and stand, and she now owns that equipmentWe have alsoremoved her account from collectionsMs [redacted] indicated she approves of thisresolution.I appreciate the opportunity to provide a response to Ms [redacted] complaintIfyou require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me
