Set appt. drove all the way out to the this place. Reviewed C.A.D. drawings, door style/manufacturer and box/glide hardware spec'd out. Told proposal would be forthcoming. One week later nothing. Made call to Chip for proposal. Said he'd mail it out next day. One week later, NOTHING. Called and got excuses for broken (lie) promise for proposal. (but no reason given for not calling me/email/text) Told me he would send it out next day. 4 days later still haven't received anything. Left couple messages. NOTHING. If this business can't be upfront with whether to entertain a $30k-$40k job or not think about what it will do to you in the event of a misunderstanding or screw-up. Absolutely no integrity. Simple promises blown off. No regard for wasting others time. [redacted]Think twice about this company, read angies list. They have a pattern of this[redacted]
