Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Cook Engine Rather than trying to resolve the issue has instead decided to try to bully and intimidate me into dropping this complaint by threats of unfounded legal action This is the very definition of the same coercion they have falsely accused me ofThen they go on to say I have been making defamatory remarks By definition defamatory remarks have to be statements or allegations, I have done nothing but state the clear unbiased facts of the matter, all of which are backed up by irrefutable proof, eye witnesses, and photographs Rather than trying to protect their reputation by threating people they should instead be trying to foster a good reputation and relationship with their customers through good business practices I have attached a picture of the port shaft riding on the edge of the stern tube after Cooks Engine charged me to align it and the starboard sideI have also attached a picture is of the Starboard stern tube with the shaft removed, It can clearly be seen from the wear on the bottom of the shaft tube that this shaft was riding on the tube as well after the alignment attempt by Cooks Engine These shafts should be somewhere close to the center of the tubes when correctly alignedThey should as well exit somewhere close to the center of the exit hole I think just about anyone who looks at these photos can see that the shafts were grossly misaligned, and that the wrok done By Cook Engine was not properly performed Sincerely, [redacted]
