Cook Heating owner went out on the call and fixed the wire resulting in the heat pump coming onMiscommunication as to when the tech could return to service additional issues caused more problemsCook Heating owner called the customer again to try to make things right but the customer was rightfully upset and refused additional service at this time.Sincerely, Jay B***

I am rejecting this response because:the business owners response is in no way even comes close to be honest and accurate. three times over the last two winters the owner was scheduled to come out and trouble shoot the problem of no heat and never showed up and never called. each time I had to call him and find out why he never showed up. the broken wire was just one of the many ongoing problems we have had since jay installed this unit. the fact remains that we have paid over $5,000 for a heat pump that he recommended and that he installed and I still cant heat my house without purchasing three portable heaters. the heat produced by this heat pump is usually in the 70 degree range, everything I have been told and read says that a modern heat pump should produce heat in the 85 to 95 degree range. the first winter when we complained about no heat they came out and installed a thermostat on the outside unit stating that this would solve the problem, it did not. jay did not install any vents in the basement duct work, when asked why, he stated that the duct work would be so hot that we wouldnt need vents. guess, what, he was wrong so they dropped off two vents which I had to install myself. in closong, I did not terminate the phone call from jay on april 7th. I was talking to jay and my phone beeped three  times and we were disconnected. he never called me back, which is par for him.
