Horrible customer service. My teenage son and his friend were rented a canoe that kept filling with water. They only made it a quarter mile and had to pull canoe to side of river. Then they spent an hour walking barefoot on the road to flag down a pale whale driver. Drivers pointed out they only got a quarter of a mile when they.picked up canoe. My son asked woman in gift shop ( rental office was closed by time he got back) for a refund because he felt he did NOT get his money's worth. She talked to the drivers that picked him up and told us once they were dropped off it was their responsibility for the canoe. I spoke up and asked how is it their responsibility that the canoe kept filling with water. She said I could speak with another guy who issues refunds but he was not there. Don't take the chance of faulty equipment because this place only cares about making money, not your safety or satisfaction. We have a group of 25 people that usually rent from this place annually but they have lost our business after this. L
