Crosstown Motors LLC, sold a 1993 Mercury Grand Marquis to T[redacted], on September 9, 2016. [redacted] had put two hundred dollars down as a down payment. At the time she was working for AutoZone, one of the stores that supplied us parts. Her vehicle was sent out for repossession on...

November 21, 2016. The repossession company picked it up on November 24". We had tried to contact [redacted] on several occasions about her late payment, with no response. Attached you will find a copy of her payments. She was two weeks late with her very first payment, then never made anymore. We contacted her workplace, but she no longer worked there.I know [redacted] says, that she paid our salesman in cash, but has no receipt. Our salesman wrote out other receipts that day with no problem and they all have their receipt, plus it would have printed out automatically. [redacted], did not call anyone about this repossession until December 13, 2016, three weeks after the vehicle was reposed. The repossession company had told me that the daughter had gotten everything out of the car and gave them the keys. When [redacted] had spoken to me about this, I told her I would talk to our salesman, which I told her he was no longer with us. He had quit on the 28 of November. He says, that he had never made in advances toward her as well, and she had not made a payment. [redacted], Co-Owner

I am sorry to hear that [redacted] has contacted you on this issue. We have had good and bad weeks with him. One week he is coming in and saying he loves his vehicle and the next week he comes in and he is upset with it. We have done everything possible to make him happy, and have taken the vehicle in to...

do some things he wanted done. Everything was good, and then he took it to a friend and saw there was rust and now he is assuming it was in a flood,It has not been in a flood, and I am faxing you the Carfax and Autocheck reports about the vehicle. I am also enclosing the purchase order from the auction. If it had been in a flood, the auction would have announced that, and it would show up under announcement in the announcement box.I hope this answers all your questions. Do not hesitate to call me with any other questions,Warm regards,Crosstown Motors LLC
