I purchased a GE magnetron from Robby Cook through ebay with a day warrantyIt failed before the days so I called them and was only able to leave a messageI was not called backI found their web site and wrote them a note explaining my concerns and still now responseI made another call no response, then a last email explaining I would be writing a negative review if I do not hear from themI had to purchase another mag form another dealer and it worked well on installI wrote I had done this so they would know the mag from them was faulty, yet no responseThey do not honor their warranty and will not answer any attempt to contact themVery frustrating
