Dear Revdex.com, The dog in the complaint is a puppyThe owner did tell the groomer that she brushes the dog, but when the groomer felt the dogs coat, she could tell that some or all of it would have to be shavedWhen a dog is matted tight near the skin it takes a very long time to demat and we
hesitate to dematt puppies because it can be traumatic for themThe groomer told the customer that she would have to shave the dogAs far as the ears go, on top they were fine, but along the edges the mats were tight to the skinAnother groomer and I were witness to how matted the dog was and that it was not mistreatedThe groomer kept the mats and showed them to the ownerWe are more than happy to give her money back but she did not contact us to tell us how unhappy she was.
