Review: I created a custom cookbook on a website called cookbookcreate.com, and after spending about 2 months working on it, ordered two copies. I have not received a tracking number as promised, and have contacted the company and company's founder countless times, with no response. My credit card was charge $78.91 for the cookbooks. I also posted a comment on the company's [redacted] site and learned that many other customers experienced the same thing - they created a cookbook on this site, and have not received their product.Desired Settlement: I would like the cookbooks that I created and ordered. If that is not possible, then I would like a refund. I would also like the company to cease promotion of their cookbook service online so that other people don't get into the same situation.
