Frontier communications has left my restaurant unsecured with a dedicated fire line, reason ran out of man power, started calling at pm and when called at said they were done for the night, I was told they would be here todayI have been with out phone for customers to call or ability to use cc machineI have lost around 500$ today because of there in apt ability to handle an outageI pay my bill every month on time with out fail and now I'm stuck going home loosing money and sleep wotried if there is a fire the fd won't be notifiedCompletely sickened by this
My mother has a battery that is beeping in continuously so she called customer service to get assistance with it They have advised me they will charge her for the battery they had to ship her along with the service call She is a senior and needs assistance and has should not have to pay for replacement parts She also advised me to tell her to be careful that the battery is heavy My mother has arthritis in both hands and can't hold things that are really heavy I live in TN and can't assist with what should be Frontiers responsibility for replacement parts This is not a senior friendly company and has the worst customer service for seniors They have advised me that she is scheduled for the 10th She has problems resting and the with the constant beeping but this is of no concern to Frontier
