repairMs*** accepted responsibility for the loaner as it was stated Cooke’s CommIns Policy would not follow vehicleMs*** totaled the vehicle (valued at and agreed to figure insurance liability by (1-14-16) When she returned from holidayUpon return Ms*** stated the loaner car was Cooke’s responibility (Not Acceptable)And we should release her car that Cooke’s repaired for again unacceptableMs*** then filed a complaint with Revdex.com & attorney general’s office which is the 1st time in nearly years Cooke’s has be in business
Ms*** was notified that her vehicle was ready for pibut she would have pay for loaner car when she picked up her carAll insurance companies agreed 50/responsibility as she said/he said other other ran the red light on 11th & S.EMadison, Portland ORMs*** insurance policy is liability only
