Cookeville Concrete

I contracted with [redacted] and Cookeville Concrete to do work in September 2011 and again in September 2012 and in both jobs the work was satisfactory. Therefore I contracted for them to do a section of driveway in September 2013. This time the work was far from satisfactory. The drive started cracking and chipping along the sawed joints they cut even before I could drive on it.

I contacted [redacted] on several occasions and was told that he would fix the problem. On one occasion he even came to my house and spoke to my wife and her friend and told them he would come back and make the repairs. This never occurred.

I called him again in September of 2014 and he told me he thought the work had been done and that he would come by that week and fix the problem himself. Needless to say, I haven't seen or heard from him since that phone call.

I would never contract with him to do another job and would not recommend him to anyone, because he is not trustworthy.

After initial complaint I was contacted by Darryl [redacted] of Cookeville Concrete and was told that as soon as weather permitted he would personally fix the problems. Problems still not corrected as of 7-26-2015.
