Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I do not accept the business's version of events. In regard to the blouse, I did not state that it had never been cleaned or was new from the manufacturer. I did tell him the shirt was old, and has been cleaned many times, which is why I did not understand the shrinkage. The shirt had been cleaned by this cleaner when it was brand new over two years ago and there was no damage at that time--again, why I didn't understand the damage. The term "6 inches" was his personal assessment, after I compared an identical shirt I own to the one he cleaned. He physically examined both and determined the difference between the two was six inches in length.  He then asked me "[redacted]" To which I had no answer, as I was there seeking his professional expertise. As a non-professional cleaner, I do understand that it is possible to shrink clothing though. In regard to the black sweater, this item had been removed from the plastic wrap and put on. It was at this time that I immediately noticed the holes in the sweater. When I first showed them to him my question was whether it could be fixed. I would have happily let the business fix the damage, but was told it was impossible. After many tense remarks from each of us he commented on the lint on the sweater. I agreed that it was quite linty, and suggested perhaps he hadn't paid great attention to the item which would account for not noticing the irreparable damage. In regard to all of my items being damaged, my remark was that everything shrank, but the two items I brought back were the ones I feared had been ruined beyond repair.  Everything else was knit, and after some wear has stretched back into original sizing. In regard to my value claim, I had gone to the business looking for assistance in correcting the damage. I'm not in the habit of carrying receipts from purchases made years ago. If the manager has a question, I recommend he visit the e-commerce websites for [redacted] and [redacted]. After reviewing their retina prices, he will notice that my assessed $600 value is more than well founded. Lastly, I have not returned to the business because I am not comfortable in the presence of this manager. I have elected to use the Revdex.com's mediation process because this man was tremendously insulting to me, and unreasonable in his business practice. I understand that I will not be refunded for the clothing that was destroyed. At this point I would amend my request to a refund of the services, which were paid for before I realized two of my pieces were ruined.  The refund may be applied to my credit card as I will not set foot in that business for any reason. I maintain my request to know what cleaning products were used on my clothing, as I am concerned about the chemicals that would have caused such damage.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
