On May 5th Ms [redacted] purchase Mother's Day cupcake bouquets from Cookie Lady LLCWhen she arrived she arrived a little of head of timeMy business partner walked out and hand both bouquets to her mother which was the passenger two bouquets of cupcakes were seven counts each.Prior to Sandra leaving the premises she was told to ensure that they stood upright if they were tilted to the left or to the right the cupcakes would fall out.Later that day Sandra contacted me to let me know that both bouquets were destroyedI proceeded to ask her where the bouquets were she told me that her mother threw them away.She asked me to meet her at a different location with two more bouquetsI told her that I would replace the bouquets due to the amount of orders I had I could not delivered the cupcakes as well.From that point on I proceeded to tell her that I would reimburse her back for one of the bouquets which is $even though I didn't receive back the destroyed product.I was solely taking her word for it$has been refunded.It is through a third party so it normally takes anywhere between to business days for it to appear back into her account
